Your monthly project hours can be used however you choose. Questions, projects, HR administration such as benefits administration, new hire onboarding... every member uses it differently depending on their goals.
Platinum + memberships are eligible to roll over a maximum of 4 hours per year. Any remaining unused consulting hours do not roll over from year to year.
