HR Branches is dedicated to the satisfaction of our clients.  Because of the nature of our downloadable products and items we are generally unable to offer refunds.  HR Branches provides all new clients with a 3-day free trial to ensure 100% satisfaction.  

If you would like to request a refund, you can submit a request in writing to [email protected].  We will review your request and issue refunds based on merit considering the digital nature of HR Branches products and the 3-day free trial available before purchase.  There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit.
